It’s an old-fashioned idea pushed onto people who are usually too young to get married instead of trying to get their lives together, get a good education, & well paying job. Also, the fairy-tale known as religion is also a big time waster in today’s world. Maybe when people go onto facebook & see how much more their friends are enjoying the single life again after going through marriage hell – then maybe facebook MAYBE the blame.
